I am Sakhavat Yusifov, a PhD candidate in International and European Law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. I also hold a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Commercial Law from the same institution. My research interests include private international law, international arbitration law, dispute resolution in emerging technologies, and the intersection of business and human rights.

As an independent legal professional, I provide consultations and legal assistance in various areas of Azerbaijani law, prepare applications to the European Court of Human Rights, and handle international litigation. Creativity lies at the heart of my work, and my philosophy is rooted in delivering innovative, adaptable, and forward-thinking legal solutions that address real-world needs.
